Statement descriptor and cancel lookup
Paste the line from your card or bank statement. The tool matches it against the wording each processor publishes about its own descriptors (checked on 2026-11-07). Nothing you type leaves your browser.
Type a statement line or pick a processor to see its published descriptor wording, lookup and cancel path, support contacts, refund and rebill rules, and the gaps we could not source.

What this instrument does
It matches the line on your card or bank statement against the descriptor wording that five processors publish about themselves, then shows that processor’s published lookup form, cancel steps, support phone and email, refund and renewal clauses, the sites whose join pages name it, and a Limitations list for anything we could not read. Matching runs in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere.
What is in the data file
Five records, each transcribed on 2026-11-07 from the processor’s own pages: Probiller (homepage, contact page, Aylo Billing terms), Epoch (homepage, Find My Purchase, billing support contact), Segpay (contact page), CCBill (consumer support site, consumer terms), Vendo (homepage, end-user support, contact page). Where a page returned 403, 404 or reset the connection, the record says so and the field stays empty.
Published facts you will see
- Epoch: “Epoch.com is the merchant that will appear on your statement”; “Enter any two of the four fields to retrieve your purchase information”; credits can take “up to 5 business days”.
- CCBill: “CCBill and the Merchant will jointly appear on your statement”; “past recurring fees are NOT refundable”; phone 1.888.596.9279, “24 hrs, 7 days a week, 365 days a year”.
- Probiller: “Charges with “Probiller.com” in the description on your statement are from an online purchase”; cancel by call, chat or email; chat 7 days 9:00 AM-10:00 PM ET, phone Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-5:00 PM ET.
- Segpay: “If you see Segpay on your bank statement…”; consumer line 866.450.4000, help@segpay.com, self-service cs.segpay.com.
- Vendo: Customer Portal vendosupport.com; support “via phone, email, or chat” with no numbers published.
How to use it
- Copy the line from your banking app or statement exactly, including numbers and asterisks.
- Paste it into the field. Matching starts after 4 characters; you can also tap one of the processor chips to open its card without typing.
- Read the card from the top: statement wording, how to find the purchase, cancel steps, contacts, refund and renewal clauses, then Limitations.
- Use the button on the card to open that processor’s own published lookup or cancel page. Cancel there, then keep the confirmation.
What it matches on
The instrument upper-cases your text, strips punctuation other than dots and asterisks, and looks for each processor’s tokens inside it. The longest matching token wins, so WWW.CCBILL.COM outranks a bare CCBILL. Examples that match:
| You paste | Token found | Card shown |
|---|---|---|
| EPOCH.COM | EPOCH.COM | Epoch |
| www.ccbill.com | WWW.CCBILL.COM | CCBill |
| PROBILLER.COM 855-232-9555 | PROBILLER.COM | Probiller |
| VendoStore*AYB +442031399063 | VENDO | Vendo |
| SEGPAY | SEGPAY | Segpay |
The Probiller and VendoStore examples are not invented: they are the two descriptor strings in the page source of Mile High Media’s join page on 2026-11-07. A line without any of the five tokens gets a no-match card that tells you to check the merchant details in your banking app and the receipt email; the instrument never guesses a processor.
Why five processors, and how the records are kept
Probiller, Epoch, Segpay, CCBill and Vendo are the five processors named on the join pages and terms we could read for the studios this site covers. Each record in the data file carries the processor’s own source URLs and a checked_on date, and every empty field is empty on purpose: it means the processor did not publish that item on a page we could read, not that we forgot it. When a processor changes a phone number, a lookup form or a refund clause, the record is re-read from the same pages and the check date moves; nothing is carried over from memory or from third-party forums. If you see a mismatch between the card and the processor’s live page, trust the processor’s page and tell us through the contact page so the record can be re-checked.
Privacy
The processor records ship inside the page as a JSON block. The text you paste is matched by a script in your browser and is not sent to UncensoredReviews or to any processor. The only network requests happen if you click through to a processor’s own page.
Limitations
- Only five processors are covered. A line without one of their tokens returns a no-match card with next steps, never a guess.
- Sites are attributed to a processor only when the site’s own page names it. On 2026-11-07: Probiller for Brazzers, Reality Kings, Twistys, Babes, Men.com, BangBros and the Mile High Media sites; Epoch and Segpay for Blacked (footer); Vendo and Segpay for Mile High Media. VXNBILL and CentroBill, also listed by Blacked, are not covered yet.
- No rebill amounts are stored; the join page and receipt email are the authority for amounts.
